The largest Resistant Cancer Cell Line in Europe has been developed at the University of Kent and £15,000 has been provided over 3 years to cover the costs of setting this up in a way that will ensure its ongoing use in providing comparative information about the potential attributes of new anti cancer agents.
Little did we appreciate at the time of this funding that academics at the University by June 2017 would have written 17 academic papers making use of this really important cell line. You can see the list of these papers by clicking here.
