HELP US FUND LIFE-SAVING CANCER RESEARCH IN KENT

Every year, thousands of lives in Kent are affected by cancer — and you can help make a difference right here in your community.

What we do:

Kent Cancer Trust funds cutting-edge cancer research based right here in the county. Since 2003, we've raised over £333,000, funding research into bladder, mouth, colorectal, breast and throat cancer, and into cancer-resistant cells.

We partner with Kent universities, including University of Kent and Canterbury Christ Church University, to identify where research can make the most difference for patients, fund equipment for local research and clinical teams, and sponsor public lectures and events to keep the community informed about progress and the challenges still ahead.

Every pound raised in Kent is spent in Kent — the more we raise, the greater the impact on cancer care here.

Why it matters:

Our experience shows that multidisciplinary teamwork between clinicians and scientists delivers real breakthroughs. We're working to expand the number of scientists and researchers tackling cancer in Kent, and to share our progress openly — what's been achieved, and where the biggest gaps still are.
